<description>I was looking through lists on twitter and found a Charlotte list and was browsing through it... your U-Haul situation cracked me up. When I was in college they screwed me over BIG TIME. Three months after making a reservation for a truck to move after graduation they failed to have a truck available to me on my move date. Why? I asked. They&#039;re answer, because they rented my truck to a walk-in the day before. WHAT?!?!?! They weren&#039;t able to replace a truck until the following day. So what did I do since my lease in my town home was up? Slept in my car in the parking lot with all of my furniture on the front lawn. I will never forget that experience and never EVER use U-Haul again! Of course, now I&#039;m grown up and pay people to move my stuff so it shouldn&#039;t happen again anyway! Glad others have suffered, but sorry it had to happen to you...

Twitter has opened many new doors for users... an amazing tool when used in the right way. I met someone on twitter months ago who lived in LA and when I was there for work we wound up hanging out for a couple of nights. Otherwise my LA work trip would have been mundane and boring!

Glad to follow you now on twitter!

<description>That is very interesting. Good to know that Twitter is being used in this way.

<description>I think we had a brief discussion about this on the drive to Greenville... good stuff. I really do appreciate Twitter and all of the business that have used it as a social outreach tool.

In our old office we had numerous problems with our Charter internet and I complained about it one day on Twitter and no more than 5 minutes later I had a Charter representative asking if he could help. I was blown away and I truly believe that just their genuine willingness to help fix the issue was enough to make me not hate Charter permanenetly.

Good stuff.
